If you are not completely satisfied with the Doctor in a Box product you purchased and do not consider it better than a comparable competitive product, we will refund your purchase price and mail you a check for the amount of the competitive product you wish to purchase instead, if postmarked by 12/31/09 and the following conditions are satisfied.

To receive a refund and other product check:
1. You must mail the remaining product back to us at Bronner Bros., 2141 Powers Ferry Rd., Ste. 300, Marietta, GA 30067.
2. Include the name of the competitive product you wish to receive a check for. To qualify as a competitive product, this must be a retail product found on major retailer store shelves and not a professional product for stylists.
3. Include the reason you didn’t like the product and your complete mailing address for us to mail your check.
4. Include a copy of the store receipt so we can refund your purchase price.
